Just a few of the many types of dogs and their owners in my neighborhood:

1. “Oh mah gawd, so sorry he’s usually not like this” (...sure).

2. Sees you walking your dog, Picks up dog and scurries to the other side of the street.

3. Stares at you in mid-poo-pick-up.
